With the Autolex^® Latex Agglutination reactions are performed in an ELISA plate with calibrators and controls.

The plate is initially scanned in a Bio-Tek Reader, then rotated on a VAI rotator, Model # 2343, for 30 minutes. The reader then prompts the user to reread the plate. The results are automatically determined and printed.
